As we are also parents that have raised our daughters in the Jewish faith, you can count on Scotty and the team at Mazel Tov! to have your family, your synagogue, your Rabbi and Cantor’s viewpoints all in mind while we are helping you put together this super awesome simcha. We strive to keep the actual religious focal point as part of the full celebration… not just an ahhh-mazing party for your guests. We will also help you customize your experience to ensure that your party is creative and unique to you and your family!

Mazel Tov! would love to help you plan just the absolute perfect celebration or your whole weekend slate of events. We can help design, create and produce the Shabbat dinner, the service, kiddush luncheon, the party itself, and/or Sunday brunch. We have a few different packages that can accommodate your family’s needs.
What would Mazel Tov! actually do for our family?
Our team would be more than happy to help you design and produce your full weekend of events, or just the actual party celebration with family and friends. Here are some of the services that we can provide…
•We can be present for all venue site-visits and meetings with vendors to help ask/ answer the questions that you may/ may not think of.
•We can help you with the coordination of all of the synagogue/alternative venue arrangements and assist in communications with all of the involved parties.
•We can help you and your family with Mitzvah project ideas and coordination.
•Venue site recommendations and visits for your dinners, brunch and the party itself.
•Theme selection and enhancement ideas.
•We can help you find the perfect caterer, kosher or non-kosher, to meet you and your family’s needs.
•Interactive DJ/Emcee & Production or a Live Band… We even have a couple of Klezmer connections.
•We can help with Photographer & Videographer recommendations.
•Decorations for the service, Kiddush, and the party.
•Recommendations and communications for hotel room blocks and transportation to and from the event.
•Save-the-dates, invitations, place cards, basic mitzvah websites, menus, service programs, hotel welcome bags.
•Guest Denver/Mountain activity planning and coordination.
•On-site full B’Nai Mitzvah day coordination with your Mazel Tov! planner.
•The ONLY thing that we will not do… Negotiate with you vendors. Simply said, the vendors that we recommend are phenomenally seasoned professionals that excel in their particular craft. As we are vendors ourselves, Mazel Tov! would never ask a fellow vendor to lower their price. Our vendors and us have built exceptional relationships and we respect what they ask for compensation.

We first met Scotty in the Winter of 2002 when we began planning our oldest daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. We knew then that night he was going to be our DJ and Event planner for all three of our kids B’nai Mitzvot. Eight years and three phenomenal parties later, we have now become good friends with Scotty. His warmth and professionalism are matched only by his energy level and enthusiasm. Scotty was a big part of an event that I planned in the Edward Jones Dome. He was on-site the whole time making sure everything was set up correctly.
